Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

For example, if you order one thing for your pets on, it will need 1-3 business days of processing time and then 7-18 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 8-21 business days.

Duties & Taxes

Processing Time

  • Australia delivery takes business days 7-12 days.
  • US delivery takes business days 7-10 days.
  • Canada delivery takes business days 7-11 days.
  • New Zealand delivery takes business days 7-11 days.

If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 15 days after you receive the package.

SHIPPING: Due to global health events beyond our control, International Express is currently experiencing shipping delays. Your package may be held by the carrier for delivery at a later date while they work to keep safety top of mind. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped by our team, and reach out to the carrier for more details if your order is delayed.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We ask that all international customers take note of their own tracking information and receipt as we won’t be able to track or monitor this for you. International return packages can take 4 weeks or more to reach our facility. Your return may be delayed in getting back to us due to delays with international carriers.
